Sitzer Group of Companies called Promain looking for assistance in creating a multi phased plan to accommodate their unique budget over the next two years.
Our Promain team conducted a full site evaluation to determine what areas needed immediate attention and to address subbase concerns. The dedicated team created a schedule to ensure adequate parking and access for tenants and customers during construction.
Promain worked with local site security to keep traffic flowing and ensure customers knew that the mall was still open for business.
A few of the secondary duties that Promain provided were debris mesh, signs, dedicated team members, temporary fencing, and accommodating deliveries.
